LUBBOCK, Texas South Lubbock homeowners were shocked about what was left in their driveways over the weekend. Novalee Vasquez told EverythingLubbock.com she found a Ziploc bag filled with corn kernels and a racist flyer with white supremacy propaganda.
Vasquez explained she was scrolling on Facebook when she saw a post that a bag filled with corn kernels and a flyer reading Aryan Freedom Network was found in her neighborhood. Later on, she went outside to discover one in her own driveway.
According to Vasquez the flyer read, distributed randomly without malicious intent and its okay to be white. The Anti-Defamation League said the Aryan Freedom Network is an extremist Neo-Nazi group based in Northeast Texas.
Vasquez said she thought it had to be a prank, but she wanted to do some research on the unwarranted item.
Its crazy that its happening here
if it was confined to one place, I would think maybe it was juveniles just pranking people, but three different places. It makes me think that its more real than what we think, Vasquez said.
