Studiometry, a waste? Evernote kicks butt? DevonThink still eludes me. [View all]

I have tried to make this a part of my practice, but I end up using other things far faster and with more ease. In fact, the more I try to use it, the less I find that want to use it.

Anyone else have a similar experience? Yeah it does contacts and can do a project overview, but there are some iPad apps that are far better.

Evernote just works. I get to prepare things, organize them, and set up stuff, and have it ready cross platform. The more I use it, the more I like it.

DevonThink.
Sometimes, this program looks like a solution in search of a problem. Yet, even though I always feel I am missing a key point with it, I still get a lot out of it. Maybe it is simply the mere act of typing, linking things, and thinking about an issue, sometimes from different views, while I use this program, but I always feel that I do not waste my time with it. (something that always happens with Studiometry). When I ask Devon to do more, it does it, and even so, while I use it and rely on it, it seems that there is a hell of a lot more under the hood that I know nothing about.
