I have heard that the 1099 forms are to be mailed out no later than [View all]

January 31. I have all my forms but 1 1099 form from a pension so I can't file my income tax.
I called the pension plan last Monday, first off they have a recording saying all 1099 forms
have been mailed out no later than January 31. Then someone answers the phone and I tell
him I never received the form; he asked my name and address, and he said "I may mail it tomorrow"
Here it is a week later, and I still don't have it. My next door neighbor also receives the same pension
and both of us have gone through the same bullshit the last two years. If there is anyone still left at the
IRS can they do anything?
