If SAVE act passes, or has passed [View all]

If I change back to my maiden name, what all do I have to change? I know I'd have to do my driver's license, probably my passport. Would I have to change the name on my bank, utility bills, deed on the house, insurance, car title, my will?

I was trying to find information online. Most of what I found was changing to a married name. I read something about needing a court order to show to change your name. Do I need a lawyer to get a court order?

I don't want to change back to my maiden name, but if this stupid act passes or already passed, I'm worried if I don't change my name, I won't be able to vote.

I appreciate any advice. Thank you.
