What a great excuse, it's almost as good as "affluenza". Sure will come in handy for all kinds of legal messes, like if a drunk driver runs over a bunch of pedestrians, they aren't really maimed and injured, right?

Yes, Betsy, thank you for sharing the terrible burden of drunken rapists everywhere, no doubt their victims will send them a sincere letter of apology for placing their vaginas directly in line with the penises attached to helplessly drunken rapists.
