1. Well, it is not just a matter of learning to code

You have to have a really good sense of logic,
Helps to have some accounting skills,
Knowledge of math,
A little bit of communication skills,
Maybe throw in some interpersonal skills,
Might want to add some time management,
Listening always helps,
Combined with the ability to understand what you heard,
Then just an aside you then have all the external tools that you have to learn and apply.

IMO.
