And some coworkers had attitudes about vegetarians and vegans. I asked some why that was any different than cooking steak to well or any other customer choice that they would not make themself.

I put items on the menu that could be either vegan or vegetarian depending on what is added. Southwestern quinoa grain bowl with pico de gallo, avocado, and black beans. Optional sour cream and cheddar.

The GM made me keep pasta primavera on the menu even though it wasn't selling (and it wasn't spring time). SHE was the one ordering it. All good. I get paid to cook -- not to tell other people what to eat.
