I’ve been mostly vegan for 10 years. My lipids are not as good as yours, but close. I haven’t had dairy, eggs, red meat or poultry since going vegan. However I eat 1-2 weekly servings of seafood, mostly wild caught salmon, because pernicious anemia runs in my family and I need those vitamin B12 bumps from natural sources to keep my levels stable.
