that Artur makes in the video, he is spot on that this proposal makes the Trump administration look foolish. Why do you think Russia's envoy Dmitriev leaked the plan to the media? It was to embarrass the administration and the U.S. I'm certain the kremlin and Putin are still doubled over with laughter.

When will they learn? You can never trust the Russians, ever, ever, ever. If some sort of future business deal is behind this, think again. Putin and Russia will never honor any deal. Russia has no honor.
