Ukraine Hits Russian Tanker in Rostov! Likely With Missile - Neptune or Flamingo - Suchomimus [View all]
Video shows a huge blast at Rostov-On-Don with the governor reporting a tanker was hit. It is reported that the tanker that was hit is "Valery Goncharov". A video also picks the sound of a missile.
