3.8 BILLION? Nope, wrong country.


The United States does
not directly give money or financial support to Sudan's paramilitary Rapid Support Forces (RSF).
In fact, the U.S. government has sanctioned senior RSF commanders, including Abdelrahim Hamdan Dagalo (brother of RSF leader Hemedti) and others, accusing them of human rights abuses, including ethnic cleansing, sexual violence, and killings.
