The Talmudic phrase "Whoever saves a single life is considered by Scripture to have saved the whole world" is derived from Mishnah Sanhedrin 4:5. The Hebrew, focusing on the preservation of a human soul/life, is:
"וכל המקיים נפש אחת, מעלין עליו כאילו קיים עולם מלא"

"May the LORD make His face shine upon you and be gracious to you" (Ya'er Adonai panav eleikha vihuneka)
