11. I get it. Every drug is created from ingredients (components) that MAY be available and could be

compounded. Just because the end resultant drug is not manufactured anymore that does not mean the ingredients that comprise it are not and that is what compounding pharmacies routinely do--especially for the veterinary market, but in many states for the human market as well.. Does that make more sense? I gather I'm not being clear.
