But it had a bad side effect for me. Crippling depression, rare effect on men 50s-60s. I only made it part way into a single bottle before I was feeling suicidal. I've never experienced that ever so a quick internet search brought up that as a rare side effect. It used a "synthetic essential fatty acid" never figured out what that oxymoron actually meant.
