You nailed it.. Well not the Facebook thing, but sadly Netflix yes.

I don’t make excuses about it. Otoh I am not doing much about it either..I really should. I find that the workout time comes out of my work time never my Netflix time ;-/. But at least I have started reading more..proper books..not that foul Kindle thing.

On the plus side would you accept as an excuse that the rare shows that do make you actually laugh out loud count towards health ;-/?

No? No takers for laughter as medicine etc.? Oh well..thought I’d try..

I really do recommend Fisk and Santa Clarita Diet though. Especially Santa Clarita Diet..that is a good show. They always cancel the good ones.
