2. interesting.... I often wondered about the cluster headaches being similar to migrains, connected to blood flow

All the meds I was given (none of which worked) were for migraines, and had unhelpful side effects. I have never smoked, but until I was 19 and left home, I was always subjected to second hand smoke. It was horrible and when I was on my own, I could avoid such environments, but the headaches stayed as horrible for decades.

I worked on eliminating certain foods that doctors suggested triggered the attacks. Nothing showed any change. Age & menopause did the best healing.
