4. That's good that you wear the socks and gloves.

I have to wear socks at night too. My hands get too hot for the gloves and start to itch. My fingers only cause issues if I get my gloves even slightly damp anyway. My Raynauds issues are mostly in my toes, and my shoulders. My poor sister has it in her nose. She said the people at work used to laugh at her in meetings during winter because she was always pulling her turtleneck up to cover her nose, or she'd look like Rudolph.
