Anyone have a preference on what's available in the "weed" department for sleep?? [View all]

Or drugs, or booze, what works??? I have found Zeeeeequil really helps me. But I don’t want to take it. ever night. But am kinda thinking gummies with THC in them. Do they work?? Thanks.
