I'm finally going to a holiday work party [View all]

I've been avoiding parties since I quit drinking four years ago. I've always hated going to parties where I hardly know anyone and booze certainly helped me mingle. But I've been doing movie reviews for a local newspaper and figured I should probably go and do some networking (god, I hate that term. I plan on getting a soda water with a twist of lime, and stay for about an hour. Wish me luck!
