Week 8, would be 9, but we were camping for a week [View all]

last week, in fact, when I was able to walk around on uneven ground and sit on hard wooden chairs without trouble. I was able to just stand up from chairs without thinking about it.

My progress isn't fast, I'm raising the weights slowly and it seems to be improving my functioning quite a bit.

I still hate the exercise bike with the heat of 10,000 suns, but I do it anyway, because I need some cardio and walking requires me to leave the house and navigate our terrible sidewalks.

So, keeping going. Soon it will be a habit? Maybe I'll look forward to it some day?

I enjoy being able to move more easily.
