Just like you I have had my difficulties and just like you I am getting through them. My observations is that for neuroplasticiy to work well. We must work the problem physically. Work it as hard as you possibly can.

It has paid off for me. Try this. Don't use your hands when standing up from a chair. Good for the core, glutes and thighs. I have not mentioned this before but I had a couple strokes 3 years ago and a few TIAs. Through hard work I have gotten back to some sense of normalcy.

You are doing great and please trust me. It gets better in time.

Check with a HCP before trying unsolicited health care advise.

All while we have a nut job in the white house. Man are we strong.
