it is difficult not to pay attention though, but try .... you cannot fight if you're sick.

Don't think you need to answer messages, read, soak in the encouragement and love and post a thank you once or twice a day if you are up to it! I do not mean to preach, but relaxation is good for the body and mind ... should take my own advice sometimes.
