Registered letter never arrived

Even though I canceled the check on the 1st. The cobra company cashed it right before the cancelation. I was told Monday that a note was put in my record to shred the check since it was canceled. No one looked at the note.

Now they're going to talk to accounting about reimbursing the money back. This never would have happened if the po was functioning properly. I'm pissed
