Until he retires. The Big Cheese announced yesterday potentially mentioned Polk county Florida, eye roll. Not sure. I was actually thinking of buying here to remain his patient, but this is a HCOL area hit by hurricanes. So, insurance. I rent now.

If he's retiring, I can't afford 200k for an average 2-bedroom condo. I know it sounds weird to live near a doctor, but he was that great
