Lots of people bullying me, feeling I will never be safe.
Had to go no contact with my entire extended family of origin because as it turned out, they were bullying me on-line.
My DH says, I am better off without them, and I know he is right, but it is still a loss, and i have yet to regain the feeling that I will be safe.
Then the whole thing with politics, my DH works within eyesight of the Capitol and I worry about terrorism because of the new forever war we are in.
It feels a bit overwhelming sometimes.
But I know I have to just put one foot in front of the other and do things. Just stay busy and stop living in my head so much.
Im grateful for all of you here.
