This has been a very mixed week for me

7. I'm still in motion

Doing yard and garden work does distract me but I also lose track of time so I tend to over do it. I'm pretty much covered with scratches but at least I've avoided the poison ivy.

My appetite is still MIA. I've lost close to 16 lbs. Still trying to get in at least one 'full' meal per day.

I might ask my prescribing therapist if she will consider increasing my Klonopin dose. I just can't shake this feeling of an oncoming catastrophe, even worse than what we are currently experiencing.

My brother, who has been in California for the past 3 weeks, is finally back and is stopping by, this afternoon. If it's not raining, we will take a 'tour of the estate' (as my Dad used to say) so I can point out the projects that need to be done but are a bit too much for me to handle, since a chain saw is needed.
