Your husband is withdrawn, partly I'm guessing bc you are so in pain, perhaps hus own medical issues, along with the severe financial stresses you both face, and possibly losing your apt. It's "yikes!" feeling.

I know a bit if what you feel.
What I had hoped for in the visual arts - a lot didn't happen. Had other kinds of work instead, while having some visual arts work.

Just, somehow, keep going. Sometimes, things do change for the better out of left field..
