But we know some medical providers, particularly those affiliated with churches, and those with MAGA administrators, will be happy to surrender information. In that case, patients can cite the executive order when they sue for infringement of privacy. Outside the Bible belt, hospital administrators can refuse demands from prosecutors who want pregnancy information. I doubt there will ever be a clearly defined list of who can access your info and for what reason, but the executive order is a plus for women.
