Three months on the Alternate Day Fast diet. Weight loss is continuing, [View all]

but a little slower than at first. I expected that.

I weighed in at 176.2 this past Friday. My energy is still high, and I am very pleased with my progress. When I cross over to the 26's in BMI, I will modify my diet into two days fast, five days "feasting." 170 lbs is a good round number to move into a less agressive routine. The weight loss should continue, and so should the health benefits of short term fasting.
