There’s a really good low impact exercise program there called Classical Stretch. Takes 23 minutes, and moves every muscle. It has really helped me with strength and flexibility, not so much for weight loss, but for recovering my muscles from suspected corona virus in January 2020. I started to feel better almost immediately, and am so much better after a year of simple stretches and work on my muscles.

It comes on my teevee on the create network, a channel that is part of PBS.
