7. I'll have to see. I know we get some PBS stations.

Sounds like something I could (and should) do. My flexibility needs work 😊

I’ve always been sedentary by nature. My hobbies are drawing/painting, Polymer clay jewelry/sculpture, needle felting, and chorale singing. Plus, my day job is a web forms developer, so not much movement unless I make myself get up and do it - and that is my biggest issue!

Tried to do 40 min on the treadmill tonight while binge watching Netflix, but only got through 25 min. Last week and up to this Monday wasn’t a problem. I guess even though I’m feeling ok, the chemo on Tuesday sapped my stamina. Tomorrow I’ll try for two 20 min. I should feel back to normal after the weekend though.
