What's for Dinner, Thurs., March 13, 2025 [View all]

Did you know you could put a frozen lasagna from the store in a slow cooker and it's actually better than baking it in the oven? I tried this and loved it, so I did it again with a different brand. I prefer the first brand over the second, but will try all the brands. It's so easy. I added parmesan.

Layered broccoli salad. The layers are grated Cheddar. Dried cranberries (or cherries). Mixture of mayo and yogurt stirred with cider vinegar and agave. Salad dressing is spread over the entire salad, then sprinkled with cashews. Chopped turkey bacon, too.

Kombucha: strawberry pear.

Dessert: Pear slices and Brie.
