4. Asparagus Tofu and Farro Wheat

Steam-fried in evoo and veggie broth: chopped onions, red bell pepper, sliced carrots and minced garlic. When soft I added sliced mushrooms and cut asparagus. When done I mixed the vegetables with cooked farro wheat, air-fried crispy tofu, chopped parsley and a dollop of Miyoko’s butter. Cheers! 🥂
