7. Chocolate truffles! So simple, so tasty

Chocolate and cream

warm the cream, pour over chopped chocolate and stir
add vanilla if you like, and butter if you want extra creamy
chill
roll into balls
roll in cocoa or chocolate sprinkles or whatever you like - like chopped candy canes

uncovered in the fridge for a bit
