Tossed green salad with scallions, cucumber, green pepper, and shrimp. Lemon vinaigrette, homemade.

Brown sugar glazed salmon.

Roasted parsnips with mustard and maple syrup.

Cherry ginger kombucha.

Dessert: Chocolate and amaretto Yule log.
