Pizza and tossed green salad.
I checked out this book from the library called Vegan Pizza, by Julie Hasson. It has some good ideas, but because I don't want to go out for ingredients, I'm using her "Pub Pizza" recipe. It has mozzarella, vegan burger crumbles, sliced red onion, and broccoli florets.

Kombucha: blueberry basil.

Dessert: Apple blossom (TJ's) with honey vanilla Greek yogurt. Decaf coffee.
