6. Air-fried Shrimp

Aldi’s has their wild caught gulf shrimp again so I bought a few bags to freeze. Today I thawed a bag full (12oz), tossed them in a little evoo, garlic powder, S&P and paprika and air fried them for 4.5 minutes. Also made a steam-fry of chopped onion, broccolini, mushrooms and minced garlic that I tossed with cooked whole wheat couscous, vegan butter and parm. Cheers!🥂
