4. Beef stock, not broth, is the secret IMO

Thursday

Shake beef cubes in seasoned flour and brown in a little oil. Mix in crock pot with 1 large potato peeled and cubed, a bag of frozen mixed vegetables, about 1/2 cup diced onions (I use frozen) and 1 packet Lipton beefy onion soup mix. Cover all with beef stock and cook on low all day.
