3. English muffin with Ducky

Saturday

Earl Grey tea
Black coffee
Buttered toasted whole grain English muffin

I'm still hungry, but I will just drink coffee until the sun is up. Then, I dunno. There is an orange maybe or plain Greek yogurt with fresh raspberries. There is some leftover quiche as well, but it is heavier than I want right now. It would be good for an early lunch.

Since the muffin is finished Ducky is nowhere to be seen and is likely in bed.
