5. Veggie plate

Saturday

Grated cabbage (both green annd purple) and bean sprouts in the air fryer. Then a little sesame sauce over the top. The air fryer brings out the sweetness of the cabbage.

Spiralized zucchini and goat cheese with olive oil vinaigrette. Freshly ground black pepper.

English muffin, toasted.

Hot Earl Grey, of course.

Still laughing over the nighttime visit to the kitchen for pastrami and Yonnie’s new status as Utensil.
