Breaded eggplant sandwiches with chipotle sauce and melted mozzarella. Served on artisan roll.
Baby arugula salad and green ruffly lettuce. Cucumbers, tomatoes, red onion. French dressing.
Toasted raisin bran muffin slice to go with the salad.
Kombucha, cherry.
Dessert: Slice of cantaloupe and blackberries if my melon is ripe enough. Honey vanilla Greek yogurt .
