Monday

I use this chili seasoning kit and add ground beef, and either kidney or pinto beans (you can leave beans out if you wanted).
You can add the spices to your heat preferences.
There are tips on how to customize the chili fixings on the box.

Looks like GreatGazoo has some good tips also.
