3. I just made " Salad-e Shirazi (Persian Cucumber, Tomato and Onion Salad)"

Saturday

Chopped Persian cucumbers, chopped tomato, chopped red onion, chopped parsley, dried mint flakes, juice of 2 limes, bit of olive oils, salt and pepper.
It was awesome! My new favorite salad.
