Depending on meat prices I use Bob Evans turkey sausage or ground chorizo, I've used eggs & egg whites I like the eggs better& in winter I use a frozen 3 pepper onion mix

I've made them 4/5 & I have gotten faster at assembly. Bigger flour burritos are easier for me to assemble.
