Later this morning I'm planning on making a cottage cheese-peach smoothie using this recipe.

Ingredients
2 fresh juicy peaches, sliced and core removed-- I have frozen peaches
1 cup 2% cottage cheese
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup ice
Instructions

Place peaches in the blender and pulse until blended.
Add cottage cheese, maple syrup, and vanilla extract and blend until creamy.



Blend in ice and serve immediately.


Still too hot for a big meal for me.
