3. We have two them!

My son bought me one two years ago and we grew lovely cherry tomatoes. I bought another one this year (the original one was no longer available) for herbs. Some herbs are going great guns, but others are doing nothing. The thyme never sprouted, for example. They also substituted something for the parsley.

The cherry tomatoes are huge and starting to set blossoms.

I have only used the accessories that came with the system. I agree that the directions are very hard to follow. I have never tried to contact the company though. Good luck to you!
