I'm not sure if this is the right forum, but I have a tree out on front of my place - UPDATED WITH PHOTO [View all]

that gets dark pink buds on it in late April, early May. The buds turn into pink blossoms, which then turn white and last about two weeks or so. The flowers are always gone before Memorial Day. Does anyone know what kind of tree this is?
