No, losing one absolutely, unequivocally NEVER gets easier because each on is unique and holds a piece of my heart. They are my babies. This particular kitty is named after my dad because I took him from a feral cat colony as a baby when my dad passed in September, 2010.

I was SO grateful when someone answered the phone number that was on the dog's collar yesterday. I've been through so many where either there is no collar, no tags, nothing, OR where the owners won't call you back or have dumped the dog. So it was a real blessing for me to see her home with her family.
