...that she was somehow related to Anne Boleyn, the beheaded wife of Henry VIII. We never understood whence the obsession originated nor if there was any evidence to support the claim, but we didn't contradict it, treating it as a subject of amusement.

We have declared Kiki to be a descendent of Anne Boleyn's cat!
