1. Thank you! I love this welcome into your world with Mr Dunc.

My girl, Daphne*, is snuggled up against me on one side and my boy, Bosco**, is purring on the other. I'm having my first cup of coffee in bed while watching the sun come up through the trees in our back woods. What could be more sublime?

*Daphne is a 12 year old, black standard poodle with a loving, playful nature, still doing pretty well for her age, kinda like me. She has kidney disease and doing well on her low protein diet.

**Bosco is a three year old brown tabby with four white paws and a cute smudge on his nose. We recently had to take his brother Beans back to the shelter because he had become extremely aggressive towards Bosco despite everything we tried. That was one of the hardest things I've had to do.
